Always from the last weekend in September to the first weekend in October, the popular Red Wine Festival takes place on the Burgkirchen grounds. For nine days, visitors can expect culinary delights, fine wines and live music. , © Michael Bellaire/IKuM GmbH© Michael Bellaire/IKuM GmbH

When the first rays of sunshine beckon in spring, the spring wine festival at the Winzerkeller kicks off the festival season. This is followed by large traditional festivals, small individual wine estate festivals, entertaining wine meeting points during the week, live concerts in the city centre and a chilling young winemakers' festival in the vineyards. Annual highlights are the Ingelheim Red Wine Festival at the end of September and the Young Wine Festival in Gau-Algesheim at the beginning of October. Experiencing Ingelheim means celebrating the festivals in the Ingelheim region!
