Since the 18th century, the vineyard has been cultivating grapevines in the southwestern part of Rheinhessen. They grow in various microclimates and on diverse soils. Limestone as a base mineral in the vineyard soils results in delicate, mineral wines. The environmentally friendly cultivation of vines follows the EU guidelines for organic viticulture. The unique wine quality is ensured through selective harvesting of exclusively fully ripe grapes. Vineyard-specific yeasts and the incomparable winemaking style lead to authentic, unmistakable wines.
