The project also gave rise to the idea of an exclusive and inclusive wine: a very high-quality Pinot Noir called "Das Blaue Schaf - Pinot Noir", which combines enjoyment and social responsibility in the best possible way. A large proportion of the proceeds go to charitable organisations in Ingelheim and the surrounding area. The artist Rainer Bonk provided his "Blue Sheep", created as a serial work of art, for the project as a symbol of human togetherness, tolerance and greater inclusion. The sheep are also produced in a workshop for people with disabilities. Art meets wine meets heart - a project that sets an example!
