Nina Klos, master confectioner from Schwabenheim, and Kathrin Saaler, manager of the Ingelheim Vinothek, will take participants on a special kind of wine tasting this evening, which promises many an unexpected flavour experience. Guests can look forward to clever combinations that show which wine is the ideal partner for which chocolate, how well a dark chocolate harmonises with a sweet wine, or which praline is the perfect companion for an Ingelheim Pinot Noir.
There are also various parallels between viticulture and chocolate production. Craftsmanship, creativity and a lot of passion go into the production process. Participants can ‘taste’ the result of this demanding process at this inspiring culinary event in the wine cellar.
