Our family-friendly wine tavern invites you to linger. It is open on weekends from late April to mid-September.
Christian Wagner then cooks typical Rheinhessen dishes. Our family has been cultivating wine in Essenheim for over four hundred years. Our vines grow on the southern slopes of the Selztal. Our old courtyard breathes the spirit of this tradition between half-timbered houses and limestone. For little guests, there is grape juice, a sandbox in the courtyard, and a large soccer field in the garden.
Two marked wine hiking trails begin at the winery. We are happy to provide you with a map, glasses, and the appropriate wines for your hike.
