The Merls run a family winery where many years of experience and modern know-how come together. The philosophy: elaborate manual work and selection in the vineyard, gentle processing in the cellar. - The result: lively and fruity wines that are a joy to drink. The vinotheque is an inviting combination of wine shop and farm shop. This way, you can discover one or two nice gifts during the wine tasting. There are homemade chutneys, fruit spreads and liqueurs from our own production. If you retire to the small wine bar at the back for the wine tasting, you can devote yourself entirely to the range of excellent wines and sparkling wines.
