Our home - the Selz Valley - offers outstanding conditions for growing grapes. Deep, playful soils and a cool climate allow for late, optimal grape ripening. The focus of our work is on Grauer Burgunder - our grandfather's favourite grape variety -, Riesling and Spätburgunder from our top vineyards TEUFELSPFAD, KLOPP, BLUME. Our goal is to produce wines that are typical of the terroir and have a long life. Our thinking and actions have always been characterised by sustainability. We demonstrate this with the FAIR'N GREEN seal for sustainable viticulture. We are proud of the constantly growing wine community on our farm.
