The church, built between 1791 and 1811, was extended by a transept in 1960. The church has altars from the Carmelite Church in Mainz, which date from around 1720, as well as three life-size wooden figures of St. Theresa, St. Benedict and St. Bernard from the same period. The choir stalls date back to around 1700.
