Kulturufer Bingen

Just a short bike ride away from Ingelheim: the approximately 3 km long promenade along the Rhine near Bingen. Right at the entrance to the UNESCO World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley, you can stroll along the river through the artistically designed garden city and past inviting restaurants and bars with a fantastic panoramic view of the Rhine. Definitely worth a visit: the Museum am Strom in the historic power station with a permanent exhibition on Hildegard von Bingen. Spectacular viewpoint: the Rhein-Nahe-Eck with a unique view of the Binger Loch with the Mäuseturm tower and the Ehrenfels castle ruins.
