Public guided tour “Role models - Two women in portrait”
In the exhibition “Munster gefelt mir wol” on the life and work of Sebastian Münster, there are two double portraits of married couples: One shows Martin Luther and his wife Katharina von Bora, the other Sebastian Münster and his wife Anna Selber. To mark International Women's Day, museum employee Miriam Maslowski presents the married couples, whose stories provide information about the role of early Protestant women as wives, mothers and companions in the faith. After the tour, Ingelheim Equal Opportunities Officer Regina Barroso da Silva invites participants to enjoy a small snack.
Cooperation on the occasion of International Women's Day with the Office for Diversity and Equal Opportunities and the Equal Opportunities Officer of the City of Ingelheim am Rhein.
