The CafeBistrorant is located in the middle of the cultural district of Nieder-Ingelheim, directly on the "Route Charlemagne".
Its famous visitor Johann W. von Goethe already enjoyed the red wine of Ingelheim here at the end of the "French period". The menu therefore features freshly cooked dishes that follow the tradition of Rhine-Hessian and French country cuisine.

We cook almost like in the old days: with natural, seasonal and many regional ingredients. The cakes and desserts are made with love by our in-house pastry chef. In addition to the Rhine-Hessian-French-influenced dishes, we offer specials that make reference to Johann W. von Goethe.
In summer, we offer picnics that can be enjoyed, for example, on a "wine mile" hike or on the Kaiserpfalz hiking trail.

The adjoining room of the CaféBistrorant, Johann's living room so to speak, is a great place for celebrations and meetings. Smaller culinary events with music, readings, creative courses, lectures on the history of Ingelheim and much more take place there and in the outdoor area throughout the year.
