We would be happy to advertise your event free of charge on our tourist website www.ingelheim-erleben.de and include it in our online event calendar . By networking with other tourism organizations, your event can also be advertised regionally and nationally.
For the presentation we only need some information and data from you, which you can easily enter in the following online form .
The city administration of Ingelheim uses the state-wide information system "Deskline" to maintain the event data and is thus networked with the Rheinhessen-Touristik GmbH and the Rheinland-Pfalz-Touristik GmbH. Your event will also be presented on their online portals, specifically these are, for example: www.rheinhessen.de, www.rlp-tourismus.com and www.tourenplaner-rheinland-pfalz.de
With your approval, you give us your permission to enter the event information you have provided (images, data, texts, contact addresses, program flyers, etc.) into the Deskline tourist information system and to present it on the above-mentioned online portals.
Please note that the event will only be activated after an editorial review and may take one to two working days from the time of registration. A guarantee for the publication cannot be given.
